Facilities Maintenance Computerized Maintenance Management System

Prince George's County Public Schools seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platform, annual licensing, general account management, and helpdesk support. The system must support the district's in-house facilities maintenance operations, including work order management, asset management, mobile execution, and reporting, while continued access to support teams must remain until all data transfers and system sunsetting are complete. A separate implementation consultant will handle configuration, data migration, integration, and training. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for offsite work performance. Responses must be submitted digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026. Applicants must also complete and submit a Data Privacy and Security Agreement along with Exhibits A and B, including data schedules, vendor security standards, subprocessor details, and a current SOC 2 Type 2 Audit Report or ISO 27001 Certificate.
