The Borough of Laurel Springs seeks statements of qualification to appoint a Municipal Planner for the 2027 calendar year. The selected professional will handle municipal planning duties, demonstrate knowledge of Municipal Land Use Laws and the Fair Housing Act, understand COAH regulations, and prepare plans, master plans, and zoning ordinances for the Borough's Planning Board. Applicants must be onshore USA organizations with at least 15 years of licensing by the New Jersey Board of Professional Planners, ten years of experience as a municipal planner, and sufficient support staff. Proposals must list present municipal clients and provide hourly billing rates for assigned employees. Applicants must submit two sealed, hard copies of their proposal by hand-delivery or mail to the Office of the Borough Clerk by 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2026; submissions via fax, phone, or email are prohibited.
