NYS Office of General Services RFQ for Full-Time Warehouse Staff Service

The New York State Office of General Services is seeking Request for Quote submissions to provide up to three full-time warehouse staff members at the Brentwood Distribution Center. Contracted personnel will manage the receiving, storing, palletizing, loading, unloading, and distribution of federal donated foods and agency commodities. Operational duties require staff to lift a minimum of 45 pounds, operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with general facility upkeep. Eligible vendors must operate onshore within the United States and provide on-site performance in Brentwood, NY. The contract spans a one-year term. Bidders must submit all questions by November 10, 2026. Bidders must comply with state insurance requirements, including providing proof of Commercial General Liability, Excess/Umbrella Liability, and other mandatory coverage written by DFS-licensed or authorized insurers.
