Scope of work
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive SOR4 evaluation plan

- Deliver presentations of evaluation findings to ADMH leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor grant performance measures and outcomes required by SAMHSA and ADMH
- Evaluate effectiveness, fidelity, and sustainability of SOR4-funded initiatives
- Provide additional evaluation analyses and reports upon request
