Hydraulic Modeling and System Analysis Program for the City Water Distribution System

The City of Albany Procurement Division seeks qualified firms to develop and implement a comprehensive hydraulic modeling and system analysis program for its water distribution system. The selected contractor must deliver a calibrated model integrated with the City's ArcGIS system, analyze pressures and capital improvements, identify infrastructure deficiencies, provide comprehensive staff training, and supply deliverables in portable formats that allow independent City operation. Onshore U.S. organizations are eligible, and Small Business firms are strongly encouraged to participate. Firms must submit competitive sealed proposals to the City of Albany Procurement Division by November 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Interested bidders may attend a pre-proposal conference on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in person or via Zoom. All questions must be emailed to the designated procurement contacts no later than November 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
