The City of Calgary SAP Ariba Third Party Support and Licensing Services

The City of Calgary seeks a single legal entity to provide SAP Ariba third-party support and licensing services. The selected vendor will serve as the single point of contact for Ariba issues, manage service tickets, support production incidents across multiple Ariba modules, conduct post-incident reviews, perform root cause analysis, and execute low- to medium-complexity system changes. Offsite performance is required by an onshore Canadian organization. Proponents must submit questions through the SAP Ariba system by November 19, 2026. Proposals are due by 16:00:59 Mountain Time on November 24, 2026, and can be submitted digitally via email or online. Evaluators will score proposals out of 100 percent using a relative pricing formula based on Appendix D, with Schedule A accounting for 30 percent and Schedule B accounting for 65 percent of the pricing score.
