Minimum qualifications
- Legally qualified and licensed to provide proposed professional services in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated experience providing architectural/engineering services for MA municipal projects, 10 years or more preferred
- Experience with existing-building renovation, repair, or capital improvement projects
- Experience preparing construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Construction administration experience
- Understanding of MA public construction procurement requirements, including M.G.L. c. 149
- Sufficient qualified personnel and organizational capacity to manage multiple assignments
- Maintain required professional liability and other insurance
