FMWBEDT Business Assist Program Design Administration and Specialist Support Services

FMWBEDT requires a vendor to provide program design, administration, and specialist business support services for the Business Assist Program. The selected contractor will deliver individualized practical training, guidance, and implementation support to business owners and employees. Objectives include improving financial literacy, digital adoption, marketing, and operational efficiency, alongside conducting targeted outreach to rural and Indigenous communities. Performance of the work will take place onsite in Canada for a proposed term starting in December 2026, with participant services running from January to September 2027 and final close-out deliverables due by October 31, 2027. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors in Canada. Proposals must be submitted via email as a single searchable PDF to [email protected] by November 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ABT, and include a signed Proponent Response Cover Sheet. Contractors must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance of at least CAD $2,000,000 per occurrence and Professional Liability insurance.
