Hotel Lodging, Conference Rooms, and Meals for Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Services Council Training Program

The Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Services Council seeks bids to provide hotel lodging, conference rooms, audiovisual capabilities, and meals for a 6-day training program for approximately 50 people. The required scope includes 45 hotel rooms for five nights, a registration area, a main classroom-style conference room, five breakout rooms, private social and hospitality spaces, daily meal and beverage services, and complimentary Wi-Fi and parking in Williamsburg, Virginia, from September 12, 2027, to September 17, 2027. Only hotels with on-site conference facilities located in the United States may bid; third-party companies and event planners are excluded. Bidders must submit proposals through eVA, completing the online item list in US dollars and detailing the hotel name, address, and on-site contact information. All lodging and meal rates must be at or below state per diem rates, resort fees are prohibited, and service charges cannot exceed 20%. The contract term is one year.
