The government authority located in Harris, TX requires general environmental consulting services. The selected vendor will support environmental planning, studies, and permitting; provide wastewater, public water system, stormwater, and air quality compliance support; conduct environmental site assessments, facility investigations, and sampling; update SPCC plans; manage waste compliance; develop GIS mapping and mitigation plans; and provide construction-phase compliance monitoring. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 4, 2026. The contract period will be for two years.
