Town of Beaufort Paid Parking Program Management Services RFP

The Town of Beaufort, North Carolina, seeks qualified onshore US firms to manage and operate its seasonal paid parking program beginning in 2027. The selected partner must provide all necessary personnel, technology, equipment, and administrative services. Scope covers daily parking kiosk staffing, mobile and technology-assisted payment systems, compliance monitoring, citation processing, resident pass administration, and financial recordkeeping. Work is performed offsite, though on-site staffing is required at the Town Hall parking office. Proposals must be received by December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
