Vendors must submit questions through the Town's OpenGov Procurement Portal by November 5, 2026, at 3:00 pm. Written RFI responses must be submitted electronically through the same portal by November 12, 2026, at 3:00 pm. Formal pricing proposals or binding offers are not required.
