Medical Director Services for the Union County Family Clinic

The County of Union is soliciting qualification proposals under RFQ #27-2026 to procure Medical Director services for the Union County Family Clinic in Elizabeth, NJ. The selected full-time physician will provide clinical team leadership to nurses and staff, 24/7/365 consulting and attending coverage, quality assurance activities, administrative oversight, and medical record documentation audits. Eligible applicants must be qualified USA-based onshore physicians possessing a valid New Jersey MD/DO license, current DEA and CDS registrations, a valid driver's license, required immunizations, PPD, and malpractice insurance. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience as a Medical Director, primary care residency completion or Board Certification, and knowledge of public health or community clinic settings. Applicants must submit one copy of their Curriculum Vitae in a sealed envelope marked "Medical Director Union County Family Clinic 2027" to the Office of the County Counsel by November 10, 2026, at 11:30 A.M.
