City of Leander Pre-Qualification for Landscape Architect Design and Analysis Services

The City of Leander is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals, firms, corporations, or partnerships to provide professional landscape architect design and analysis services. The City intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified professional service providers for a three-year agreement period to receive task orders on an as-needed basis for individual projects. Applicants must be licensed to perform services in the State of Texas and include at least one registered professional project manager with at least five years of experience. Proposals must be submitted through the City's online portal by December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026. Submittals must not exceed 35 pages and must include required forms, proof of licensure, and specific sections addressing qualifications, staff, resources, methodology, and added value. Evaluation criteria are weighted based on relevant qualifications and experience (30 points), proposed staff (20 points), available resources and location (20 points), methodology and approach (20 points), and added value (10 points).
