Pre-Qualification for Architectural, Design, Analysis, and Plan Review Services

The City of Leander seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals, firms, corporations, or partnerships to establish a pre-qualified pool for architectural, design, analysis, and plan review services. The buyer will issue task orders or select vendors from this pool on an as-needed basis over a three-year contract period. Eligible respondents must be US organizations licensed in Texas, and teams must include at least one registered professional project manager with at least five years of experience. All questions must be submitted by November 16, 2026. Final responses are due by December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT via the City's online portal and must not exceed 35 pages. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant qualifications and experience (30 points), proposed staff (20 points), available resources and location (20 points), methodology and approach (20 points), and added value (10 points). The budget will be determined through individual task order proposals as projects arise.
