Leander Pre-Qualification for Professional Land Surveying Services

The City of Leander is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals, firms, corporations, or partnerships to provide professional land surveying services. The City intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors who may be issued requests for proposals or directly selected for as-needed projects via task orders over a three-year contract period. Eligible onshore US respondents must possess proper licensing to perform services in Texas, provide proof of licensure, and designate a registered professional Project Manager with at least five years of experience. All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026, and final responses are due by December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Submittals must be uploaded via the City's online portal, signed in permanent ink, and limited to 35 pages excluding specific standard pages. The City will evaluate submissions based on relevant qualifications and experience (30 points), proposed staff (20 points), available resources and location (20 points), methodology and approach (20 points), and added value (10 points).
