The City of Burnaby is soliciting quotations to provide satellite phone service plans for Iridium GO! satellite phones on an "as and when required" basis. The selected vendor must deliver adequate satellite coverage across the City, reliable service, and accessible customer support for emergency communications, including specific plans featuring voice minutes, SMS messages, and voicemail. Eligibility is limited to onshore Canadian organizations, and the successful bidder must obtain a valid City of Burnaby business licence, sign the City's Form of Agreement, and provide proof of required general liability insurance prior to starting work. Responses must be submitted digitally via email or online through the bids&tenders website. Requests for interpretation or correction should be submitted in writing five days prior to the closing date, with all questions directed through the bids&tenders portal.
