Invitation for Bid for Wrong Way Detection System Supplies for TxDOT

The Texas Department of Transportation is issuing an Invitation for Bid to establish a contract for wrong way detection system supplies. The selected vendor must provide the required goods and services on an as-needed basis for the authority located in Coppell, Texas. Eligible respondents are US-based organizations that maintain the legal right to transact business in Texas and maintain any required registration with the Texas Secretary of State. Respondents must submit one signed and dated response electronically through the Procurement Website by the designated Response Deadline, or contact a Purchasing Contact at least three business days prior for alternative submission assistance. Required application documentation includes a completed Execution of Response, a Preferences Schedule, and a Bid Table containing proposed unit prices for each line item. All clarification questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026. The contract becomes effective once signed by both parties and will run through the date the goods and services are accepted.
