University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Multimedia Production Artist Service

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is soliciting proposals for a multimedia production artist service. The contractor must provide multimedia production development by merging live performance, projection technology, and various arts to create immersive environments. Scope includes leading group workshops and one-on-one instruction for performance space installation, lighting, sound, digital audio, and projection mapping, as well as overseeing day-of-event production. Performance can be onsite or offsite, and the contract period is one year. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 17, 2026. Final proposal submissions must be delivered to the UAPB Procurement Office by December 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CST. The selection committee will evaluate proposals using a maximum 170-point best value criteria, which includes a 50-point rating for history and past performance.
