Fireworks Display Service for the Annual 4th of July Celebration

The City of Hutto seeks proposals for turn-key fireworks display services for its annual 4th of July celebration. The selected contractor must handle design, permitting, safety, site restoration, and a professionally choreographed show lasting between 15 and 22 minutes that synchronizes effects to approved patriotic music using the contractor's own firing-to-audio synchronization equipment. Eligible respondents must be USA-based organizations authorized to conduct business in Texas. Contractors must complete a mandatory site walk-through at least 30 calendar days before the event and submit operational schedules detailing load-in, setup, and production timelines.
