IT Security Professional Services Under the Task-Based Services Supply Arrangement

Public Safety Canada requires task-based IT professional services to deliver security assessment, authorization, architecture, testing, remediation-validation, and incident-readiness packages for departmental systems, applications, cloud services, networks, and technology initiatives. The contractor must mobilize qualified resources to handle multiple concurrent task authorizations across the National Capital Region while remaining responsible for producing complete deliverables. Only selected supply arrangement holders holding a Tier 1 Task-Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series may compete. Uninvited holders may request an invitation from the Contracting Authority up to five business days before the closing date. Proposals are due by November 23, 2026, at 14:00 EST and can be submitted digitally via email or online. The department will evaluate bids based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for an estimated contract duration of 12 months.
