Minimum qualifications
- Labor Relations Counsel must be a licensed attorney at law of New Jersey with a minimum of 5 years experience before PERC.
- Bond Counsel must have 10 years experience as Bond Counsel to NJ Municipalities and listing in the Red Book.
- Planning Board Planner must have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Municipal planner and 5 years with affordable housing.
- Board of Adjustment Attorney must have at least 5 years experience in municipal zoning and land use matters.
- Prosecutor must have 3 years experience as a Prosecutor, Assistant Prosecutor, Special Prosecutor.
- Municipal Auditor must have a minimum of 10 years proven experience and knowledge in the field of municipal auditing.
- Engineers must have a minimum of 10 years experience as a municipal engineer or board engineer.
- Risk Management Consultant must be a NJ licensed property/casualty insurance agent/broker with 7 years municipal representation experience.
