About this opportunity
AI summaryThe Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia seeks proposals to establish systemwide enabling agreements with one or two suppliers across three independently evaluated categories. These solutions must provide software, hosting, implementation, migration, integration, maintenance, support, and professional services supporting twenty-five public colleges, universities, and the University System Office. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations performing work offsite. Vendors may submit proposals for one or more categories digitally via email or online through the sourcing tool, ensuring cost details remain separate from mandatory requirements responses. Proposals undergo a pass/fail evaluation on all mandatory requirements worksheets, followed by scored point evaluations for mandatory scored responses and supporting narratives.
