New Terminal Concessions Program for Common Use Lounge at John Glenn Columbus Airport

The Columbus Regional Airport Authority (CRAA) requests proposals for a Common Use Lounge concession as part of the New Terminal Concessions Program at John Glenn Columbus International Airport. Eligible offerers are USA organizations that demonstrate minimum financial capability, with operations performed offsite. Selected proposers must pay rent, which includes a Minimum Annual Guarantee beginning on January 1, 2030, and proposed percentage rent within established ranges. Offerers must attend a preproposal webinar on November 17, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST, and submit all questions by December 1, 2026. Proposals are due digitally via email or online no later than February 4, 2027, at 4 p.m. EST. CRAA's Evaluation Committee will evaluate responsive and responsible proposals using weighted criteria, including Experience and Qualifications (20 points), Passenger Experience, Management Plan, and Operations Plan (25 points), and proposed percentage rent rates.
