Minimum qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience administering HUD-funded programs (specifically HOME and CDBG) for an entitlement community
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in federal program administration and knowledge of federal statutes and HUD regulations
- Familiarity with HUD systems including IDIS, SAGE, HEROS, and DRGR
- Proven track record of developing at least two Consolidated Plans, five Annual Action Plans, and three CAPERs
