Borough of Ridgefield Request for Qualifications for Rent Leveling Attorney Services

The Borough of Ridgefield seeks qualification statements from interested persons or firms for the provision of legal services as a rent leveling attorney. The selected vendor must perform the required legal services offsite at their own office premises and work under the compensation terms established by the municipality. Only onshore United States organizations that demonstrate the capability and willingness to deliver high-quality legal services will be considered. An evaluation committee comprising borough administration, the finance committee, and legal advisors will evaluate qualification statements based on the totality of information submitted, including respondent reputation and experience.
