About this opportunity
AI summaryThe Greater Boise Auditorium District seeks qualifications from onshore United States organizations to provide comprehensive facility planning, programming, and site test fit study services for a future District facility. The selected consultant will evaluate existing records, conduct stakeholder and operational engagements, perform right-of-way vacation analysis, and deliver cost outputs compatible with a companion debt capacity study over an anticipated five-month period. Firms must exclude all fee and pricing information from their submittals, as the District evaluates proposals strictly on qualifications out of 100 points before negotiating fees with the highest-ranked respondent. Respondents must submit their Statements of Qualifications to Anna Mills by December 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM MT. An optional pre-proposal meeting takes place on November 4, 2026, and all questions are due by November 11, 2026.
