Sheriff's Office RFQ for Penlink and GeoTime Annual Software Subscription Renewals

The Sheriff's Office seeks quotations for the annual renewal of software subscriptions from Penlink and GeoTime on behalf of NCRIC/NCHIDTA. The required scope includes 15 GeoTime Enterprise Cloud Edition licenses, 10 GeoTime Desktop Concurrent Network licenses, GeoTime Live Task Force Edition, and six licenses for PLX, three of which are prorated to 10 months. Only onshore US organizations who are qualified, responsible, and manufacturer- or publisher-authorized vendors are eligible to participate. Bidders must perform the work offsite and submit their competitive quotations, lead times, freight costs, and completed pricing tables online or via email by 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 15, 2026. Evaluation will consider cost, conformity to specifications, and product availability. The agency intends to issue a County purchase order to the lowest responsive, qualified bidder.
