University of Waterloo Fleet Management Services Request for Information

The University of Waterloo is issuing a Request for Information to explore partnership options for various aspects of fleet management as it develops a comprehensive fleet plan. Requested services include vehicle acquisition and financing, routine maintenance and servicing, breakdown and repair support, infrastructure management such as fueling and charging, and compliance, licensing, and safety services. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to participate, and performance of the work will be offsite. Respondents must upload electronic proposals and documents to the Bonfire hub portal before the closing deadline on November 27, 2026, at 2:30 PM EST, which is also the deadline for question acceptance.
