Borough of Ridgefield Request for Qualifications for Borough Attorney Legal Services

The Borough of Ridgefield seeks qualification statements from interested persons or firms for the provision of legal services as Borough Attorney. The selected vendor will deliver borough attorney legal services offsite under a one-year contract. Only onshore United States firms demonstrating the capability and willingness to provide high-quality, cost-effective services and agree to the Borough's compensation terms will be considered. Respondents must mail or hand-deliver one bound, signed original and one digital copy of their qualification statement to 700 Shaler Boulevard by December 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time. Submissions sent via facsimile or email will not be accepted. The Borough's Evaluation Committee will evaluate proposals based on the most advantageous submission, considering experience and reputation in the field, availability to accommodate required municipal meetings, and other relevant factors.
