RFI for Food, Beverage, and Passenger Concession Opportunities at Gulf Shores International Airport

The Airport Authority of the City of Gulf Shores requests information and expressions of interest from qualified businesses and operators for food, beverage, and passenger concessions in the post-security area of the airport's new terminal. Potential spaces include a 943-square-foot area for a bar, cafe, restaurant, or counter service and an approximate 475-square-foot area for a production kitchen, though the Authority welcomes alternative concepts. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate, with local and regional businesses especially encouraged to respond. Interested parties must submit electronic responses via letter or PDF to Jesse Fosnaugh at [email protected] by November 10, 2026, which is also the deadline for questions. The Authority will evaluate responses solely at its discretion without disclosing evaluation criteria, weightings, rankings, or debriefings. The Authority is not seeking binding financial proposals at this stage, but it considers a flexible commercial revenue-sharing structure such as a percentage of gross sales.
