City of South Amboy Professional Bond Counsel Legal Services RFQ/RFP

The City of South Amboy seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional bond counsel services for calendar year 2027. The selected contractor must handle all legal services necessary for the issuance of municipal bonds and notes, perform required preparation work, coordinate legal activities, and advise the Mayor, agency Council, Business Administrator, and Chief Financial Officer. The procurement is open to any onshore United States bidder, owner, person, or firm qualified to provide professional legal services under the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law.
