Planning Board Attorney Professional Legal Services for South Amboy

The City of South Amboy seeks a qualified professional service provider to serve as Planning Board Attorney. The contractor will furnish legal services and counsel to the Planning Board and Office, provide legal analysis and advice within the Mayor and Council's jurisdiction, and represent the City in civil actions involving zoning, land use, redevelopment, and related federal and state laws. Any bidder, owner, person, or onshore USA firm interested in providing defined professional services may submit proposals digitally by email or online. Submissions must occur at least twenty days following the advertisement date. Proposals require executed statutory documents, including a rate schedule, Form W-9, non-collusion affidavit, debarment affidavit, proof of license, and investment disclosure forms.
