City of South Amboy Planning Board Planner-Engineer Professional Services CY 2027

The City of South Amboy seeks a qualified Planning Board Planner-Engineer to deliver professional planning and technical administrative consulting services for calendar year 2027. The selected provider will assist the Planning Board by preparing Master Plan and Land Use Ordinance Amendments, attending regular and special board meetings, preparing special planning reports, and advising staff personnel on administrative and technical matters. The solicitation is open to onshore USA bidders, owners, persons, or firms qualified to deliver professional services under New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. Assigned planners must hold a New Jersey license with at least ten years of experience and five years of municipal planner experience, while assigned engineers must possess municipal engineer certification and at least five years of experience.
