Hillsborough County seeks an experienced consulting firm to provide comprehensive employee benefits consulting and actuarial services for its employee and retiree benefit programs. The contractor will support self-funded medical and pharmacy plans through in-house actuarial analysis, claims analytics, pharmacy consulting, financial forecasting, industry benchmarking, and procurement assistance. Additional responsibilities include cost-management strategies, vendor evaluation, compliance support, wellness programs, and retiree health planning. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to apply.
