Comprehensive Investment Consulting and Discretionary Investment Management Services

The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board seeks qualified investment consulting firms to deliver comprehensive investment consulting and discretionary investment management services for its public funds investment portfolio. The selected contractor will deliver independent advice, portfolio analysis, risk management, compliance monitoring, reporting, and discretionary day-to-day investment execution under Airport authorization. Eligible applicants must be United States organizations with a minimum of ten years of experience, legal authorization to provide investment advisory services, and demonstrated expertise advising public funds. The Airport will evaluate contractor performance based on quality, timeliness, accuracy, and compliance standards.
