Organizational Readiness Training Materials and Curriculum Development Services for Community Health Worker Integration

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Public Health Injury Prevention Services, requests proposals for organizational readiness training materials and curriculum development services. The contractor will develop a comprehensive and standardized curriculum, assess organizational readiness needs, design facilitator and participant resources, build technical assistance tools, and pilot-test all materials to help county entities integrate and sustain Community Health Workers. Work will be performed offsite under a one-year contract term. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online before 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time on December 8, 2026, while separating cost and financial statements into distinct document files. All questions regarding this solicitation are due no later than November 16, 2026.
