Peru Toll-Free Telephone and Call Answering Services for Refugees and Migrants

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (ACNUR) requires toll-free telephone services under Lot 1 and call answering services under Lot 2 to support refugees and migrants in Peru. Evaluation considers experience providing services such as hotlines, contact centers, call centers, telephone support, or similar assistance to beneficiaries of social, humanitarian, community, or assistance programs.
