On-Call Professional Building Plan Review and Inspection Services

The Town of Parker requires on-call professional building plan review, inspection, conveyance inspection, and code consulting services performed offsite. Plan reviews encompass building and life safety, structural designs, mechanical, plumbing, fuel gas, electrical, and energy code compliance. Inspection services will serve as supplemental support, covering framing, rough trades, insulation, and energy codes under mutually agreed written scopes. Eligibility is limited to onshore, United States organizations. All questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026. The initial contract term spans one year, with the Town holding the sole option to renew the agreement for four additional terms. The town will evaluate quotations to determine the proposal most advantageous to the Town. Awarded consultants must provide required insurance certificates before performing any services.
