Water Testing, Laboratory Analysis, and Distribution System Operator Services

Menard Correctional Center seeks bids from qualified onshore US organizations to deliver onsite water testing services. The contractor must provide agency-required water testing, laboratory analysis, reporting, and responsible operator in charge services for the facility's drinking water distribution system. Bidders must submit bids electronically via BidBuy, attaching required documents such as the Vendor Disclosure, Offer to the State of Illinois, Contract, and BEP Utilization Plan. Pricing must be entered in the Quote Items Tab on BidBuy. If designated as a Small Business Set-Aside, vendors must hold active registration with the Illinois Small Business Set-Aside Program when bids are due. Bidders must submit written questions to the Information Contact no later than three days before the bid opening date. The agency will evaluate submissions for bidder responsibility and responsiveness, awarding the contract based on the lowest overall total price.
