Strategic and Facilities Planning Services for County Public Library

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide strategic and facilities planning services for the county public library. The selected vendor will execute the project in sequential phases, beginning with an organizational assessment, stakeholder and community engagement feedback analysis, and presenting a preliminary report. Additionally, the vendor must develop a plan detailing actionable recommendations, prioritized capital projects, cost estimations, and implementation strategies based on stakeholder input and industry best practices. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. The contract term lasts for one year.
