East Texas Council of Governments Next Generation 9-1-1 Call Handling Equipment

The East Texas Council of Governments seeks qualified vendors for the purchase, migration, and implementation of standards-compliant Next Generation 9-1-1 Call Handling Equipment. The selected contractor must deliver i3-capable call handling equipment supporting transitional and end-state NG9-1-1 functionality while ensuring interoperability with legacy systems and providing real-time automated monitoring and notifications. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this six-year contract. Interested parties must attend a pre-bid conference on November 4, 2026, and submit all questions by November 11, 2026.
