Austin Span Wire Hardware and Traffic Signal Communications Equipment

The City of Austin seeks a vendor to provide span wire hardware and communications equipment related to traffic signal infrastructure across the city. The selected contractor must supply materials necessary to install, maintain, and repair span wire assemblies and associated communication components through offsite performance. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Vendors must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than October 28, 2026. Prior to contract execution and within 14 calendar days of a written request, the awarded contractor must submit compliant Certificates of Insurance. Coverage must include Worker's Compensation, Commercial General Liability of at least $500,000 per occurrence, and Business Automobile Liability of at least $500,000 per occurrence.
