Procurement of Scanning Electron Microscope and Related Laboratory Supplies

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a scanning electron microscope and related supplies for an authority located in Alabama. Required instrument specifications include high vacuum mode resolution of 1.0nm at 20kV and 3.0nm at 1.0kV, an in-lens Schottky field emission electron gun, an accelerating voltage from 0.5kV to 30kV, probe current from a few pA to 300nA, and a maximum specimen size of 200mm diameter by 75mm height. The contractor must perform work onsite and deliver the equipment within one month of the bid closing date. If providing used equipment, the seller must coordinate with the manufacturer for relocation and ensure at least a one-year warranty is available.
