Non-Discretionary Private Market Investment Consulting Services for Private Equity and Credit

The Maryland State Retirement Agency seeks non-discretionary private market investment consulting services covering private equity, private credit, private infrastructure, and private real assets excluding real estate. The selected consultant will deliver strategic consulting, report and model cash flows, source deals and conduct due diligence, monitor portfolios offsite, and establish an investment pipeline. The contract term is five years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States offerors, and minority business enterprises are encouraged to respond. Offerors must submit a Volume I Technical Proposal and a separate sealed Volume II Financial Proposal, including minimum qualifications, a proposal questionnaire, at least five references, an economic benefit factor narrative, a Form ADV, and specified affidavits.
