Snohomish County ITB for Microsoft Surface Hardware and Accessories Supplies

Snohomish County seeks bids from authorized distributors, dealers, or manufacturers to supply Microsoft Surface hardware and accessories, or approved equals, on an as-needed basis. The requested products include the Microsoft Surface Pro 12, Microsoft Surface Laptop 8, keyboards, Surface Slim Pens, and 65W power supplies, with deliveries required within 30 days of order receipt. Eligible bidders must possess all required licenses, prior experience, and references from similar customers, preferably in Washington State, spanning at least one year. Bidders must submit original, sealed bids in ink to the Purchasing Division in Everett, Washington, by December 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time. Questions are due in writing by November 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time. Award will go to the lowest responsible bidder based on fixed discount percentages off published MSRP for all listed items across an initial one-year contract term.
