Cloud-Based Content Management, Workflow, and Collaboration Platform for Roswell Park

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center requires a secure, cloud-based content management, workflow, collaboration, review, and approval Software-as-a-Service platform. The platform will support marketing, communications, branding, and related business functions while managing content that may include protected health information. The contractor will supply all software licensing, implementation, configuration, migration support, training, maintenance, upgrades, and customer support. Only onshore USA organizations with at least five years of content management experience and demonstrated healthcare service are eligible to bid. Work must be performed offsite across a three-year contract period. Bidders must submit questions by November 13, 2026. Proposals must include required legal and disclosure documents, and Roswell Park will evaluate any redlined contractual exceptions as part of its award determination.
