Bennett Property Park Professional Engineering and Landscape Architecture Design Services

The City of Sumner seeks statements of qualifications from onshore USA organizations with expertise in engineering, landscape architecture, park planning, environmental, and municipal public works to design the Bennett Property Park. The selected consultant team will collect preliminary design data, evaluate low impact development feasibility, assess potential wetland mitigation, and prepare project cost estimates alongside engineering plans and specifications up to 100% completion. Services will begin in the first quarter of 2027 and run for approximately one year, with options to extend and potential retention for subsequent phases such as construction management.
