On-Site Audiology Services and Hearing Protection Plan Administration

The City of Redmond requires a vendor to provide on-site audiology services and administer a hearing protection plan for city employees. The scope of work includes conducting on-site audiology testing at city facilities or other designated locations, re-testing and re-training personnel who demonstrate a standard threshold shift, and coordinating evaluation activities and record confidentiality with the city's safety program manager. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations. The resulting contract term will last for two years, and performance will take place on-site in Redmond, Washington.
