Historic District Design Guidelines Consultant Services for Columbus Consolidated Government

The Columbus Consolidated Government seeks a qualified consultant to review, update, and create architectural and preservation standards for all Historic Districts in Columbus, Georgia. The selected vendor must perform work onsite, bringing extensive experience in reviewing guidelines, creating new design standards, or conducting historic resource surveys. Eligible onshore USA organizations must submit sealed proposals electronically via OpenBids by 5:00 PM Eastern on December 2, 2026. Proposals must include an E-Verify Affidavit, a Conflict of Interest Affidavit, a Communication Concerning This Solicitation form, an itemized cost proposal, an Insurance Checklist or Certificate of Insurance, and relevant business licenses.
